Memory: notes and playbooks

The AI remembers your account between sessions. Notes pin observations and reminders to a product, campaign or keyword; playbooks hold your own rules for how each area should be handled. You see the same notes in the dashboard.

Real questions, real answers

You askWhat reminders are coming up?
The AI answersTwo. On Oct 20: check the search term report for C-Tees-Broad – the broad keyword "funny t shirt" brings the most tee impressions but about one order per hundred clicks, so any search term behind it with 10 clicks and no sale gets negated. On Oct 27: the Q4 stock check for hats and sweatshirts before Black Friday – last November hats sold about 29 a day against 14 in September, and sweatshirts about 16 against 7.
You askWhat did we decide about the sweatshirt campaigns?
The AI answersOn Oct 5 we switched on dayparting for C-Sweats-Exact: its Exact ad group is off at 02:00, 04:00 and 06:00 Pacific, because eight weeks of hourly data showed those three hours spending every night without a sale. Read the effect after two weeks – spend per order should drop while total orders hold. To undo it, turn dayparting off for the ad group under PPC > Dayparting.
You askShow me my campaigns.
The AI answersNotes travel with the data they belong to. Asked for the campaign list, the AI gets the dayparting decision on C-Sweats-Exact and the "funny t shirt" experiment on C-Tees-Broad (check due Oct 20) alongside those two campaigns' numbers – so it never forgets what was decided, even in a new session.
