What this page answers
What exactly sold, when, at what price and through which channel. It is the raw sales ledger behind the totals on the other Sales pages.
Whose data and scope
- One store and one marketplace.
- Every row is one order line from your Amazon orders, by order date in the marketplace's local time. Cancelled lines are left out.
- The list is capped at 2,000 lines; pick a shorter window if you need every sale in a busy store.
How to read it
Sales lines table
The 7d, 30d and 90d buttons set the window. Rows are newest first.
- Date is the order date.
- Product shows the display name, the group and SKU, and the ASIN. The name links to the product's listing page.
- Channel is FBA when Amazon fulfilled the order and FBM when you shipped it yourself.
- Qty is the units on that line. Sold price is the unit price the buyer paid. Total is quantity times price.
- FBA left is the sellable FBA stock for that SKU right now, not at the time of the sale. It is blank for FBM lines.
Where to go next
- Sales overview for totals and bestsellers.
- Inventory overview for stock cover per SKU.
- Returns to see which of these sales came back.
